Sterling Walker Investments provides private investment, commercial expertise and hands-on support to transform and grow businesses.  We focus on driving performance and delivering results.

Our CEO, Steve Walker, is a member of the UK's Turnaround Management Association, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and Member of the Institute of Directors, helping businesses with corporate restructuring, turnaround management, and navigating distressed situations.

Since our inception Sterling Walker Investments has made over 22 investments across the UK, and helped over 90 businesses realise their potential.  We both develop the business, and work to support its people.

We don't believe in automatically replacing the existing management structure of a business.  That's why we strive to implement strategies and processes that help to deliver sustainable results with an established framework.

As well as previously working for one of the worlds largest US based investment firms, our CEO and founder, is proud of his twenty years as a strategic leader and coach to businesses throughout the UK.
